Write Up:
Since the mosquitos were swarming at the trailhead, we headed out soon after arrival. The road walk lasted about a half hour and Jim's trail began. This is a beautiful trail whether you are climbing or not. The old growth cedar is really nice and not typically seen in this area. We reached lower Squeezer Lake on the trail. The way to upper Squeezer was apparent and easy. The hardest part of the climb was from the meadows above upper Squeezer to the ridge line. Once there we walked the ridge line, then climbed the shoulder to reach the summit. It was such a nice day we spent 45 minutes there before heading down. A swim in Upper Squeezer was very refreshing. We got back to the cars 12 hours after we had departed.
